TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS :
 

• The seat part of the seats will have the desired softness and will allow it to close automatically, and will have a center of gravity mechanism
   
• The seats will be ergonomic in shape and appearance, the backrest unit, armrests, seat and foot will be mounted firmly to the seat frame, and there will be no shaking or gaps in the connection system.
   
• At least Ø16x1.5 mm pipe or at least 15x15x1.5 mm profile material will be used in the metal frames of the seat and backrests of the seats.
   
• At least three pieces of sheet metal, profile will be welded between the seat frame frames, and at least two pieces of sheet metal, profile will be welded on the seats, to increase the strength of the frame.
   

• The armrest frames of the seats will be made of at least 40x20x1.5 mm box profile and will be common between the two seats. A polished wooden armrest made of dehumidified beech material will be mounted on the armrest frame. Armrests will have an ergonomic structure and appearance.

   

• The legs of two-legged seats will be manufactured from at least 40x60x1.5 mm profile material.
• A 12 mm thick wooden cover made of beech veneer will be mounted on the seat and backrests of the seats.
• The assembly of the seat backs will be attached to the polyamide (PA) mechanism mounted on the legs with a boltless tight fit method.
• The seat legs will be molded from sheet metal with at least 2 mm thickness that can fully touch the floor and will be able to be fixed to the floor with a total of 4 fastening elements, at least two on each leg.
• The entire armrest bottoms of the seats made in rows will be covered with 4 mm laminated fabric on MDF box.
• The leg connection bolts of the seats tightened to the floor will be closed with plastic plugs.
   
• in the seat and backrest units of the seats, 50 ± 10% density cast polyurethane sponge will be used, with the frames remaining inside the sponge.

• 6 mm thick sponge lamination will be made to the upholstery fabrics and will be laminated in accordance with the technique with the flame method so that its thickness will not fall below 5 mm. The seat and back surfaces will be assembled with the stitching and bonding method.
• The seat and backrest sponges of the seats, in the parts outside the air ducts, will not fall below 4 cm in the thinnest part (both in the seat and in the reclining area) and will have a hardness that will not cause permanent deformation. The sponge will be homogeneous and orthopedic throughout the entire surface. The sponges will have MVSS 302 European standard non-flammability.
• The seats will be fixed to the floor with suitable fasteners. There will be no shaking or gaps in the seats.
• All welding processes of the construction are made with gas welding and will be continuous at the joints. The welding seams of the exposed parts at the joints of the steel frame will be on the inner surfaces.
• Burrs and roughnesses that will occur due to welding on the steel frame of the seat will be ground.
• Metal parts of the seats will be painted with electrostatic powder paint .
