Harmony A30 Opera Theater Chair with Wooden Frame

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. The seat part of the seats will have the desired softness and will have a gravity-centered mechanism that will allow it to close automatically
2. The seats will be ergonomic in shape and appearance, the backrest unit, armrests, seat and foot will be mounted firmly to the seat frame, there will be no shaking or gaps in the connection system.
3. At least Ø16x1.5 mm pipe or at least 15x15x1.5 mm profile material will be used in the metal frames of the seat and backrests.
4. At least three pieces of sheet metal and at least two pieces of profile will be welded between the seat frame frames, in the backrests, and in the seats, to increase the strength of the frame.
5. The armrest frames of the seats will be made of at least 40x20x1.5 mm box profile and will be common between the two seats. A polished wooden armrest made of dehumidified beech material will be mounted on the armrest frame. The armrests will have an ergonomic structure and appearance.
6. The legs of two-legged seats shall be manufactured from at least 40x60x1.5 mm profile material.

7. A polished wooden frame made of beech shall be mounted on the upper backrests of the seats
8. The assembly of the seat backrests shall be attached to the polyamide (PA) mechanism mounted on the legs using a boltless tight fit method
9. The seat legs shall be molded from sheet metal with a thickness of at least 2 mm, which can fully touch the ground, and shall be durable and shall be fixed to the ground with a total of 4 fastening elements, at least two on each leg.
10. The entire armrest bottoms of the seats made in rows shall be covered with 4 mm laminated fabric on MDF box.
11. The foot connection bolts of the seats tightened to the ground shall be closed with plastic plugs.
12. In the seating and backrest units of the seats, 50 ± 10% density cast polyurethane sponge shall be used, with the skeletons remaining inside the sponge.

13. The fabrics to be upholstered will be laminated in accordance with the flame method technique with a thickness of 4 mm. The fabrics will be mounted on the seat and back surfaces by stitching and bonding.

14. The seat and backrest sponges of the seats will not fall below 4 cm in the thickness of the thinnest part (both in the seat and the recliner) in the parts remaining outside the air ducts and will have a hardness that will not cause permanent deformation. The sponge will be homogeneous and orthopedic throughout the entire surface. The sponges will have MVSS 302 European standard non-flammability
15. The seats will be fixed to the floor with suitable fasteners. There will be no shaking or gaps in the seats.
16. All welding processes of the construction will be done with gas welding and will be continuous in the joints. The welded seams of the parts that remain open in the joints of the steel frame will be on the inner surfaces.
17. The burrs and roughnesses that will occur due to welding on the steel frame of the seat will be ground.
18. The metal parts of the seats will be painted with electrostatic powder paint.
