Seatrest and Backrest
The seatrest and backrest are made from high-density polyurethane material in aluminum molds, designed to align with the human anatomy. They adhere to industry standards with a density of 50 ± 10% and meet the MVSS 302 fire behavior standard. Both the seatrest and backrest are supported by a durable inner metal skeleton, designed for long-lasting performance. These components are fixed in place for added stability.

Foot and Armrest
The foot connection parts are crafted from a pipe with a diameter of 100 mm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm. The connections to the floor are made from a 2 mm sheet, shaped and formed by molds to ensure maximum strength. The plastic cup holder armrests are resistant to impact and securely fixed onto the metal frame. The armrests are upholstered with fabric, providing a seamless look. Common armrests are used between the seats, and each seat is fixed to the ground with a single foot for stability.

Upholstery
The upholstery fabric is 100% polyester, offering resistance to friction and ensuring flame retardancy and colorfastness. The fabric withstands 60,000 cycles of friction strength and has a weight of 285 gr/m2. The seatrest is protected by a resistant plastic cover, while the backrest is fully fabric-covered for an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable design.
